Dictionary Lookup tool [30/June/2005]
This is just a small app to reference a dictionary server and look something up. It's small, it seems to work. It was
written years ago and never posted. It's really just being posted for history reasons. Usage is in the header, but something
along the lines of "./dict -s crasis dict.die.net" would lookup the word "crasis" on the server "dict.die.net".
Pine Privacy Patch [29/April/2005]
This patch is currently for Pine 4.50, 4.53, 4.60, 4.61, and 4.63. Allowing you to disable Sender headers, remove Version, Operating Systems, process ID, and hostname information from the Message-ID. It removes the sleep call when using roles (Not privacy related, but annoying).
Dsniff patches for compilation on FC2 / FC3 and newer Linux distros [1/November/2004]
This is a very simple set of patches that adds an include to dsniff to compile properly on Fedora Core 2 and Fedora Core 3 (FC2 / FC3), and fixes the ASM in the older version of libnids to compile cleanly with GCC3. A simple multiline fix in an include for libnet is also fixed. If you use the 3 packages located here, dsniff should compile without issue on Fedora Core 2 or Fedora Core 3 (We tested no other distro, but it should really compile on any Fedora distro and most likely any Gcc3 based linux system).
gfortune multiline Patch [06/August/2004]
This patch simply fixes gfortune 1.0.0 so it can be compiled with newer versions of GCC, such as 3.3.3. Newer GCC implementations do not support unescaped multiline strings.
TNG PDC/BDC Detect patch [14/February/2003]
This adds a "-X" switch the nmblookup utility, to query a host by IP address, and determine if it has the characteristics of a PDC, a BDC, or neither. Useful for scripting, and quickly scanning networks (with a for loop using a target file), to find PDC and BDC hosts.
neuter.c Windows 2000/NT Apache Tomcat 3.x and 4.0.x DoS [15/October/2002]
Quickly written Denial of service for Apache Tomcat 3.x ad 4.0.x running on Win2k and WinNT. This isn't very useful, and is kind of buggy. It won't kill the service, just stop it as long as it is running against it.
Decoded Base64 section of the Sendmail backdoor code [08/October/2002]
ftp.sendmail.org backdoor code used in Sendmail 8.12.6 dist (CERT: CA-2002-2)
We made a diff to extract the modified source from the trojan copy of Sendmail 8.12.6. This code can easily be applied to a stock version of Sendmail 8.12.6. If you do not know how to decode base64, look at the Decoded portion we posted here.
trillident.c || trillident.exe [MD5] Trillian .73 / .74 / 1.0 Pro - IDENT DoS [19/September/2002]
Denial of service for the Trillian Ident server. Causes Trillian to crash if it is running. This isn't a very
useful tool.
